"Kinda disappointing quality"
I was disappointed with this. The frame feels kinda cheap, the corners are rough, and the finish started peeling after just a few days. I don’t really feel like it was worth the money.

"Not really worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I got, and, for the price, I expected a lot better.
"Fine, but I expected a bit more"
I ordered from kingofframe.com it was okay. The frame showed up looking decent enough, and the size was right, so at least that part went smoothly.
The shipping took longer than I thought it would, which got annoying because the updates weren’t exactly clear. I kept checking and just wanted to know where my order was. The packaging was fine though, and nothing arrived damaged.
For the price, I guess it’s acceptable, but I was expecting the finish to look a little nicer. It’s not terrible, and I wouldn’t say I’m mad about it, but I’m not exactly impressed either. Just a average experience overall.

"Color Was Much Darker Than Expected"
The frame looked a lot darker in person than it did in the photo. Because of that, it didn’t match my room the way I thought it would.

"They got it sorted in the end"
Had an issue at first and it did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but to be fair, they stuck with it and got everything fixed eventually. Overall, I’m glad it was resolved.

I ordered a black frame, but a brown one showed up instead... and the size wasn’t even right either. Frustrating, because it’s not what I paid for :(

"Felt like I kept getting copy-paste replies"
I left more confused than when I started. The replies felt really generic, like they were just copying and pasting the same support script instead of actually reading what I asked. Nobody explained things clearly, and I had to keep asking for basic details that should’ve been answered the first time.

"Prices felt way too high"
I wasn’t expecting the prices to be that steep. A few of the frames did look nice, but once I saw the total, it just didn’t feel like the value was there. I ended up checking a couple of other sites and found similar options for less. I also reached out with a question and the email reply felt like it came from a robot, not an actual person, which didn’t help. Maybe it’s fine for some shoppers, but for me it felt overpriced and a bit impersonal...

The install was more confusing than I expected. It ended up taking way longer than it probably should have, which was frustrating.

"Frame started coming apart way too soon"
I bought a frame from kingofframe.com it seemed fine at first. But after just a few weeks, the corners started getting loose, and I wasn’t even handling it roughly or moving it around much. Now I have to deal with fixing or replacing it, which is annoying because I really didn’t expect to put in extra effort this soon. Disappointed with the durability.

"Refund took way too much effort"
I ordered from King of Frame and ended up needing a refund, it turned into such a hassle. I kept having to follow up because the replies were taking forever, and when they did respond, it wasn’t even that clear what was going on.
After a while I was just getting really impatient because it felt like nobody was actually trying to sort it out. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating and stressful enough that I wouldn’t order from them again

I was a little embarrassed after setting this up because the frame quality just wasn’t what I expected. It felt cheaply made, and the craftsmanship seemed poor overall. I really wanted to like it, but I’m not impressed.
"Design Was Off"
The frame itself looked fine, but whoever handled the design must’ve been asleep because it didn’t really match what was shown online. The colors were a little off, the spacing looked weird, and overall it just felt sloppy. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely disappointing.

"Shipping took forever and no one followed up"
I ordered from King of Frame and the shipping took way too long. I kept expecting some kind of update or follow-up, but there was barely anything, so I was just left wondering what was going on. It finally arrived much later than I expected, but the whole experience was frustrating. I probably won’t order again if delivery is going to be like this.
"Felt ignored when I needed help"
I wasn’t too happy with how the customer service went. I messaged them about my order and then just sat there waiting for days, and when someone finally got back to me it felt super rushed like they were just trying to move on quickly and it didn’t really solve the issue anyway.
I understand businesses get busy and things slip through sometimes, but when you’re a customer needing help it feels frustrating to be left hanging like that, and it definitely makes me think twice about ordering from King of Frame again.

"Late delivery and poor updates"
I ordered a frame as a birthday gift, but it showed up almost a week late. After I paid, the tracking basically stopped moving for days, and that made me start wondering if the order was even going to show up at all.
The frame itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the delivery experience was stressful. Customer service did reply eventually, but all they really said was to wait. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"Poor packaging and a long wait"
The frame showed up scratched because the packaging was really flimsy. I also had to wait in a long queue to get help about it, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I tried to place my order, but the whole process was way more annoying than it should’ve been. It shouldn’t be on the customer to fight through a bad ordering system just to buy something. that feels careless

The frame looks fine, but the size being a little off was really annoying. My print didn’t fit properly, so I had to trim the edge just to make it work, which is not something I expected to deal with. It’s usable now, but the whole hassle kind of put me off. Not sure I’d order again.

"Returning it was a headache"
Tried to send my order back and wow. Frustrating. The instructions were confusing, and when I reached out for help, it took way too long to get anywhere. It felt like they make the return process difficult on purpose. Annoying. I don’t think I’d order from them again...
